Operating budgets usually do not contain funds for our Services!
We recognize that no one expects to be out of compliance and we often find that customers will call only after a violation has been discovered!
This method of administration usually leaves compliance oversight in the hands of often poorly trained personnel.
For this reason, we offer
Compliance Oversight:
The Fees will range from $8 to $10 per Set-aside unit.
(The number of units, and scope of Oversight, will determine the fee)
Other Services:
Offered on a per Bid basis.
The Base Hourly Rate is $75 per hour and the Base Retainer Fee to initiate Services ranges from 1/2 to 1/3 of the Total Bid Cost.
(Total Cost will depend on the type of work requested and length of time necessary to complete it)
Compliance Training Fee:
$225 per participant; four Persons MINIMUM.
Small Class Training:

If you are looking to learn more about the latest trend in the Multi-family Housing Industry, then this the class for you!
This training offers all of the same materials and instruction as a larger class and can be for up to three (3) Persons.
The Flat Fee: $800
ANYWHERE IN TEXAS!
Small Classes held outside of Texas, add an additional $400.
